WE had a family wedding last Saturday and I made the invitations, service leaflet etc. as a gift for my Nephew and his lovely lady. I just thought I would show you the invitation I made them for their special day.
The chosen colors were Purple and Silver and I managed to squeeze in some ice white shimmer card and vellum for contrast!
It was a pull out invitation with a map on the rear end for directions to the venue. I think I cut at least 600 butterflies, possibly more, by the time this wedding was over!
Memory Box dies were used for most of the die cutting together with a Martha Stewart punch for these lovely curves.
This little ensemble was on the envelope for the couple.
Below is the collection of invitations just before delivery, all bundled up for delivery.
They were very well received and I was very relieved to finish this project as the end never seemed in sight....lol!
I will share the wedding card I made in the next post.
Thanks so much for stopping in for a visit. Always great to know you have been here.
